Coromandel International has acquired 5,435 equity shares of NACL Industries (NACL) at the offer price of Rs. 76.70/- per equity share from the public shareholders of NACL which were tendered during the tendering period of the open offer made by the Company in accordance with applicable regulations of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
Pursuant to this acquisition, the Company owns in aggregate 10,69,12,581 equity shares (representing 53.08% of the voting share capital) of NACL.
