Fusion Finance has allotted 15,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-convertible debentures each having a face value of Rs. 1 lakh of the aggregate nominal value of up to Rs. 150 crore, including a green shoe option of up to Rs. 50 crore, for cash, at par on private placement basis.
