HCC rises after bagging Rs 1,031.6-cr contract for bridge construction in Maharashtra

Hindustan Construction jumped 4.57% to Rs 44.20 after the company received a letter of acceptance (LoA) from Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) for the construction of a two-lane bridge on Revas-Reddi Coastal Highway.


The project entails the construction of a two-lane bridge across Agardanda Creek in Raigad District, Maharashtra on an EPC mode. The bridge will be part of the Revas-Reddi Coastal Highway (MSH-04).

The said contract valued at Rs 1,031.6 crore and it will execute in 3 months.

Upon completion, this bridge is anticipated to reduce travel time, improve connectivity, and contribute to the overall economic development of the region.
