IDFC First Bank has allotted 7,96,222 equity shares under ESOS on 22 December 2025. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 85,95,68,88,330/- comprising of 8,59,56,88,833 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
