India Shelter Finance Corporation to consider NCD issuance of Rs 200 cr

On 21 November 2025

India Shelter Finance Corporation will consider on 21 November 2025 the issuance of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) on private placement basis having total issue size of Rs 200 crore - Rs 150 crore base issue and Rs 50 crore under Green Shoe Option.
