Swiggy has allotted 26,66,66,663 equity shares to eligible qualified
institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 375 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 374.00 per equity share), which includes a discount of 3.97% of the floor price of Rs 390.51 per equity share (amounting to Rs 15.51 per equity share), as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations), aggregating to Rs 9,999.99 crore, pursuant to the Issue.
The Issue opened on 09 December 2025 and closed on 12 December 2025.
Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the Issue, the paid- up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 2,49,36,46,892 comprising of 2,49,36,46,892 equity shares of Re 1 each to Rs 2,76,03,13,555 comprising of 2,76,03,13,555 equity shares of Re 1 each.
