Chemmanur Credits and Investments plans to raise Rs 100 crore through NCD issue

Issue to open on 02 March and close on 16 March 2026


Chemmanur Credits and Investments has announced the public issue of 10 lakh Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1000 each for an amount aggregating up to Rs 100 crore.

The base size issue is Rs 50 crore, with an option to retain over-subscription up to an additional Rs 50 crore (Green Shoe Option) aggregating up to Rs 100 crore.

The issue is scheduled to open on 02 March 2026 and close on 16 March 2026, with an option of early closure or extension.

There are 7 series of NCDs carrying fixed coupons and having a tenure of 18 months, 24 months, 36 months, 61 months 400 days and 72 months with monthly and cumulative interest payment options.

An effective yield (per annum) for the NCD holders in all categories of investors ranges from 9.25% to 12.68%.

The NCDs issue has been rated IND BBB-/Stable by India Ratings and Research.

The minimum application size for each application for NCDs would be 10 NCDs which is Rs 10,000 across all series collectively and in multiples of 1 NCD (Rs 1000) thereafter. Allotment is on First Come First Served Basis.

NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE.
