Board of Gujarat Fluorochemicals approves investment of up to Rs 40 cr in IGREL Mahidad

The Board of Gujarat Fluorochemicals at its meeting held on 26 December 2024 has approved investment by way of equity shares of IGREL Mahidad, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for a cash consideration of up to Rs.40 crore, in one or more tranches.
