SignatureGlobal India to allot NCDs of Rs 875 cr

On 16 October 2025

SignatureGlobal India has approved the terms for issuance of 87,500 Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures, of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 875 crore on private placement basis. The deemed date of allotment is 16 October 2025.
