Axis Bank Ltd Slips 5.13%, BSE BANKEX index Shed 1.06%

Axis Bank Ltd has lost 9.88% over last one month compared to 0.05% gain in BSE BANKEX index and 0.92% rise in the SENSEX


Axis Bank Ltd fell 5.13% today to trade at Rs 1100.3. The BSE BANKEX index is down 1.06% to quote at 62912.75. The index is up 0.05 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd decreased 0.81% and State Bank of India lost 0.67% on the day. The BSE BANKEX index went up 3.83 % over last one year compared to the 1.05% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Axis Bank Ltd has lost 9.88% over last one month compared to 0.05% gain in BSE BANKEX index and 0.92% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 95662 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 1.27 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 1318 on 18 Jul 2024. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 934 on 27 Jan 2025.
