BSE SME IPO of Dachepalli Publishers subscribed 40%

The offer received bids for 11.38 lakh shares as against 28.34 lakh shares on offer.


The initial public offer (IPO) of Dachepalli Publishers received bids for 11,38,800 shares as against 28,34,400 shares on offer, as per BSE data as of 17:00 hours on Monday (22 December 2025). The issue was subscribed 0.40 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Monday (22 December 2025) and it will close on Wednesday (24 December 2025). The price band of the IPO was between Rs 100 to Rs 102 per share. The minimum order quantity is 1,200 equity shares. The equity shares will list on BSE’s SME platform.

The IPO comprises fresh issue of 39,60,000 equity shares. The promoter and promoter shareholding will dilute to 73.56% from 100% Pre-IPO.

About 1,99,200 equity shares will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue. The net issue comprises of 37,60,800 equity shares.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds to meet working capital requirements, repayment of certain borrowing availed by company, in part or full and for general corporate purpose.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 40.36 crore and net profit of Rs 7.61 crore for the period ended 30 September 2025.
