Infosys appoints Jayesh Sanghrajka as CFO

Infosys announced that its board has approved the appointment of Jayesh Sanghrajka as chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from 1 April 2024.


The firm said that Jayesh Sanghrajka will be taking over from Nilanjan Roy, who after serving in this role since 2018, has decided to step down to pursue his personal aspirations outside of Infosys. Roy will continue to be with the company till 31 March 2024 as CFO.

Jayesh Sanghrajka is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. He has spent over 18 years at Infosys across two stints and has performed various leadership roles. He is currently executive vice president and deputy chief financial officer. He comes with over 25 years of experience across a wide spectrum of finance functions.

Salil Parekh, CEO & MD, Infosys said, “As deputy CFO, he has been leading multiple portfolios in the finance function for several years now and his depth of experience and knowledge will serve us well to take the function to greater heights."

Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. The IT giant's consolidated net profit rose 4.5% to Rs 6,215 crore on 2.8% increase in revenues to Rs 38,994 crore in Q2 FY24 over Q1 FY24.

The scrip shed 0.39% to Rs 1,482.80 on the BSE.
