Nitco Q4 net loss narrows to Rs 3 crore

Nitco’s consolidated net loss narrowed to Rs 2.90 crore in Q4 FY25, compared with Rs 53.41 crore reported in Q4 FY24.


Total revenue from operations jumped 30.30% to Rs 93.53 crore in Q4 FY25 as against Rs 71.78 crore in Q4 FY24.

The company reported a pre-tax loss of Rs 2.89 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25 compared with a pre-tax loss of Rs 53.46 crore posted in the same period a year ago.

Total expenses reduced by 15.38% YoY to Rs 106.61 crore in Q4 FY25. The cost of materials consumed was Rs 13.26 crore (up 22.09% YoY), while employee benefit expense stood at Rs 14.17 crore (up 2.45% YoY) during the quarter.

On segmentwise, revenue from tiles and other related products surged 30.38% year-on-year to Rs 92.32 crore, while revenue from the real estate segment rose 20.33% YoY to Rs 0.71 crore in Q4 FY25.

NITCO makes designer tiles. Its product ranges from ceramic tiles, mosaic tiles, vitrified tiles, vitrified flooring, and marble.

Shares of NITCO declined 2.13% to currently trade at Rs 128.65 on the BSE.
