Board of Hero MotoCorp recommends final dividend

Of Rs 40 per share

Hero MotoCorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 40 per equity Share (i.e. 2000%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
