KPI Green commissions 16.83 MW solar power plant

KPI Green Energy informed that it has successfully commissioned the total 16.83 MWp solar power projects under the 'captive power producer (CPP)' segment of the company.


The company has completed its scope of activities in line with the agreement with the respective CPP customers.

Additionally, the firm stated that it has obtained approvals from the Chief Electrical Inspector (CEIG) in the name of respective customers.

KPI Green Energy develops and maintains grid connected solar power projects and sells power units generated from the company's solar plants.

The power generation company reported a 64.2% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 34.75 crore in Q2 FY24 as against Rs 21.16 crore in Q2 FY23. Revenue from operations jumped 34.55% year on year to Rs 215.06 crore during the quarter ended 30 September 2023.

The scrip ended 1.09% lower at Rs 1,331.05 on the BSE.
