Lemon Tree Hotels signs keys prima property in Srinagar

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Srinagar, marking a significant step in its regional expansion strategy.

With this addition, the company’s presence in Jammu and Kashmir will grow to four operational hotels, alongside two more properties currently under development.

The upcoming hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Strategically located approximately 2 km from Srinagar International Airport and 11 km from Srinagar Railway Station, the property is expected to offer strong connectivity for both business and leisure travellers visiting the Kashmir Valley.

The Keys Prima Hotel will feature 60 rooms along with a range of amenities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, conference facilities, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.

Neelendra Singh, Managing Director & CEO, Lemon Tree Hotels, said, “Jammu & Kashmir is rapidly evolving into a high-potential leisure market, underpinned by a surge in domestic tourism and significantly improved infrastructure. In destinations like Srinagar, we are seeing a sophisticated shift in traveller expectations as guests are increasingly seeking refined, experience-led stays that offer the reliability of a trusted brand. The introduction of Keys Prima to this market is a direct response to that demand. By expanding state-wide footprint, we are not just adding rooms; we are building a network that offers consistency and quality across India’s most iconic travel circuits.”

Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) is one of the largest hotel chains in India and owns/leases/operates/franchises hotels across the upscale, upper-midscale, midscale, and economy segments. The group offers seven brands to meet guests’ needs across all levels, viz., Aurika Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels by Lemon Tree Hotels, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels.

The company reported a marginal rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 62.67 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 62.49 crore in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operations jumped 14.3% year-on-year to Rs 406.05 crore in the quarter ended 31 December 2025.

The counter slipped 3.30% to Rs 104.15 on the BSE.
