Mastek fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 30 January 2026

Mastek has fixed 30 January 2026 as record date for purpose of interim dividend of Rs 8 per equity share of face value of Rs 5 each for FY 2025-26. The dividend shall be paid on or before 17 February 2026.
