Indusry expects 15% rise in CAPEX

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI)'s pre-Budget survey, conducted among 150 companies between December and mid-January, indicated a strong emphasis on increased capital expenditure as a key demand. The industry has called for a 15% rise in capex, along with a simplified and stable tax regime.
