BSE SME Tipco Engineering India IPO ends with 1.56 times subscription

The offer received bids for 79.31 lakh shares as against 50.83 lakh shares on offer.


The initial public offer (IPO) of Tipco Engineering India received bids for 79,31,200 shares as against 50,83,200 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 1.56 times.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) bid for 37,05,600 shares, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) for 28,75,200 shares, while individual investors (IND category bidding for 2 lots) placed bids for 13,50,400 shares.

The issue opened for bidding on 23 March 2026 and it closed on 25 March 2026. The price band of the IPO was fixed between Rs 84 to 89 per share. The equity shares will list on BSE’s SME platform.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 54,48,000 shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 13,55,200 shares by existing shareholders.

About 10,20,800 equity shares will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue. The net issue comprises of 57,82,400 equity shares. The issue and the net issue will constitute 32.76% and 27.84% respectively of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for repayment of all or certain of borrowings availed of by company, working capital Requirement of the company and for general corporate purposes.

Ahead of the IPO, Tipco Engineering India on Friday, 20 March 2025, raised Rs 15.30 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 17.20 lakh shares at Rs 89 per share to 4 anchor investors.

Tipco Engineering is a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial machinery serving a wide range of industries, including paint and coatings, chemicals, printing and packaging, metal, construction, and infrastructure. The company specializes in producing high-performance equipment such as bead mills (batch type, lab, horizontal, vertical, pin-type, disc type, and Dyno mill); dispersers (high-speed, twin-shaft, triple-shaft, vacuum, platform, and fixed type); homogenisers (in-line, in-tank, and high shear); and other machines including attritor mills, basket mills, Sigma mixers, and liquid-powder mixing machines.

Its machinery is categorized into Mill Series for grinding operations, Disperser Series for uniform mixing of chemical components, and Homogenizer Series for blending or breaking down particles to achieve consistent texture and quality. Tipco Engineering operates two advanced manufacturing units at Rai Industrial Estate, Sonipat, Haryana, each spanning approximately 1,012.50 sq. meters and equipped with CNC machines, laser cutting systems, welding units, polishing machines, and quality testing facilities, ensuring precision, durability, and compliance with high industrial standards. As on 31 December 2025, the company had 96 permanent employees.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 85.90 crore and net profit of Rs 13.18 crore for the period ended 31 December 2025.
