NSE SME ANB Metal Cast IPO ends with 1.92 times subscription

The offer received bids for 44.20 lakh shares as against 23.01 lakh shares on offer.


The initial public offer (IPO) of ANB Metal Cast received bids for 44,20,000 shares as against 23,01,600 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 1.92 times.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) bid for 6,24,800 shares, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) for 12,78,400 shares, while individual investors (IND category bidding for 2 lots) placed bids for 25,16,800 shares.

The issue opened for bidding on 8 August 2025 and it closed on 12 August 2025. The price band of the IPO was set at Rs 148 to 156 per share. The equity shares will list on NSE's SME platform.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 32,00,000 shares. About 2,00,000 equity shares were reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue. The net offer comprised 30,00,000 equity shares.

The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for funding capital expenditure requirements for the proposed expansion in existing manufacturing facilities of company by constructing additional floor and installation of additional plant and machineries, part funding long-term working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.

Ahead of the IPO, ANB Metal Cast on 7 August 2025, raised Rs 14.01 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 8.98 lakh shares at Rs 156 per share to 4 anchor investor.

ANB Metal Cast is a leading manufacturer of high-quality aluminium extrusions, offering a diverse range of products including motor bodies, solar profiles, railings, round bars, sliding windows, and various customized profiles. Serving industries such as electronics, automotive, mechanical, solar energy, and architecture, the company is known for its precision-engineered and reliable solutions. Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in Rajkot, Gujarat, spans over 50,000 sq. ft. and is fully dedicated to the production of aluminium extrusions and non-ferrous metal alloys.

ANB Metal Cast’s extensive product portfolio includes aluminium channels, sections, flat bars, tubes, as well as hardware components, railing and architectural solutions, engineering products, and kitchen profiles. With a strong presence in major Indian markets, the company supplies its products across Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Tamil Nadu. As on 15 July 2025, the company had total 23 employees.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 16.25 crore and net profit of Rs 10.24 crore for the period ended 31 March 2025.
