The initial public offer (IPO) of Vivid Electromech received bids for 7,85,280 shares as against 16,83,120 on offer, as per NSE data as of 17:00 hours on Wednesday (25 March 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.47 times.
The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday (25 March 2026) and it will close on Monday (30 March 2026). The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 528 to Rs 555 per share. The minimum order quantity is 240 equity shares. The equity shares will list on NSE’s SME platform.
The IPO comprised 23,52,000 equity shares, including a fresh issue of 18,84,000 equity shares and offer for sale (OFS) of 4,68,000 equity shares. The promoter and promoter group shareholding will dilute to 73.53% from 99.99% pre-issue.
About 1,18,800 equity shares will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue. The net offer comprises of 22,33,200 equity shares. The offer and the net offer will constitute 26.46% and 25.13%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
Ahead of the IPO, Vivid Electromech on 24 March 2026, raised Rs 37.12 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 6.68 lakh shares at Rs 555 per share to 9 anchor investors.
Vivid Electromech is a manufacturer of Low-Voltage (LV) and Medium-Voltage (MV) electrical panels and automation systems, with over 30 years of operational experience. The company provides end-to-end solutions, including design, fabrication, assembly, testing and commissioning of control and automation systems. Its LV electrical panel product range includes PCC, IMCC, MCC, DG Synchronization panels, Power Distribution Boards, and outdoor panels. The MV electrical panel portfolio covers 3.3 kV to 33 kV panels and includes specialized products such as VCB panels, Control & Relay Panels, RMG panels, and APFC panels.
The company’s products are type-tested under IEC standards and cater to a wide range of sectors, including data centers and technology, infrastructure, construction and real estate (including metro projects), solar and renewable energy, as well as industrial manufacturing and machinery. As of 31 December 2025, the company has employed 239 permanent full-time employees.
The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 70.57 crore and net profit of Rs 9.44 crore for the period ended 30 September 2025.
