Maintains guidance for AUM growth at 20-22% and profit growth at 18-20% for FY26


'Aadhar Housing Finance conducted a conference call 07 November 2025 to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended September 2025. Rishi Anand, MD&CEO and Rajesh Viswanathan, CFO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The company has exhibited strong performance and continued progress on strategic priorities in H1FY26.

It has maintained leadership in the low-income housing finance segment, which continues to play a pivotal role in India''''s inclusive growth story.

The recent rationalization of GST rates is expected to lower housing costs and provide a significant boost to the affordable housing segment, particularly in the EWS/LIG categories.

AUM increased 21% yoy to Rs 27,554 crore at end September 2025. The disbursement increased 16% yoy to Rs 4,089 crore in Q2FY26, reflecting consistent lending momentum.

The disbursements growth for Q2FY2026 has been impacted due to high base with disbursements shifting to Q2FY25...
