'Standalone net sales (including other operating income) of ABB India for the quarter ended Sep 2024 has increased 5.16% to Rs 2,912.16 crore. Operating profit margin has jumped from 15.84% to 18.55%, leading to 23.19% rise in operating profit to Rs 540.22 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 53.44% to 47.40%. Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 8.12% to 7.98%. Employee cost increased from 6.30% to 6.81%. Other expenses rose from 16.60% to 19.69%. Contract job process charges fell from 2.41% to 2.24%.
