'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Adani Power for the quarter ended Jun 2025 has declined 5.66% to Rs 14109.15 crore, marginally affected by lower prices of imported coal as well as lower merchant tariffs, as compared to Rs. 14, 717 Crore in Q1 FY25. Lower one-time revenue recognition of prior period items of Rs. 406 Crore in Q1 FY26 as compared to Rs. 422 Crore in Q1 FY25. One-time revenue recognition has reduced substantially following resolution of all major regulatory matters and realisation of outstanding dues from DISCOMs in FY 24 and FY25.
Operating profit margin has declined from 41.42% to 40.30%, leading to 8.22% decline in operating profit to Rs 5,685.28 crore. Employee cost increased from 1.42% to 1.57%.
