AIA Engineering

Net up 9.5% on nearly a flat sales


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of AIA Engineering for the quarter ended Mar 2025 has increased 0.59% to Rs 1157.04 crore despite volume sales decline to 68741 MT (from 71433 MT in Q4FY24).  Operating profit margin has marginally increased  from 25.86% to 26.07%, leading to 1.41% rise in operating profit to Rs 301.61 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 38.92% to 35.77%.   Employee cost increased from 4.18% to 4.36%.   Other expenses rose from 28.81% to 31.28%.   Power and Oil fuel cost fell from 7.01% to 6.94%.   Freight charges rose from 6.88% to 7.56%.   

Other income rose 20.59% to Rs 92.2 crore.  PBIDT rose 5.33% to Rs 393.81 crore.  Provision for interest rose 32.24% to Rs 8.45 crore.   PBDT rose 4.86% to Rs 385.36 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 13.94% to Rs 27.95 crore.   ...
