Andhra Paper

Net sales down 16% YoY to Rs 362 crore in Q2FY2026


'On standalone basis

Quarter ended September 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Andhra Paper has declined 16.24% to Rs 362.08 crore.  

Operating profit margin (OPM) has turned from positive 12.10% to negative 1.88%, Operating profit for the quarter stood loss of Rs 6.82 crore compared to profit of Rs 52.31 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 61.07% to 67.29%.   Employee cost increased from 9.60% to 11.96%.   Other expenses rose from 17.79% to 22.62%.   Power and Oil fuel cost fell from 8.03% to 7.98%.   

Other income fell 66.44% to Rs 10.18 crore.  PBIDT fell 95.93% to Rs 3.36 crore.  Provision for interest up 8.53% to Rs 4.2 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 262.51 crore as of 30 September 2025 from Rs 253.34 cr...
