Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels hosted conference call on November 13, 2025. In the conference call, the company was represented by Priya Paul-Chairperson, Vijay Dewan - Managing Director and Atul Khosla -SVP Finance and CFO.

Q2FY26:

The company delivered another record-performing quarter.

Revenue grew by 16.8% yoy and operating EBITDA rose by 14.9% yoy in Q2 FY26. Occupancy remained amongst the highest in the industry at 93% and REVPAR grew 11.9% yoy.

ARR grew by 13% yoy. ARR performance has been exceptional in all the properties for the company. Significant growth in ARR was witnessed in Chennai, followed by Delhi. The ARR at Delhi stood at Rs 6400.  The company also witnessed healthy improvement in ARR in Bangalore and Kolkatta.

In Patialla, the property achieved close to 20% occupancy and its YTD ARR was close to around Rs 28...
