Discontinues taking loan proposals below Rs 7 lakh, tightens write off policy in Q2FY26


'Aptus Value Housing Finance India conducted a conference call on 01 November 2025 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 2025. M Anandan, Executive Chairman of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The AUM increased 22% yoy and 4% qoq to Rs 11767 crore at end September 2025.

The disbursements rose 3% yoy and 24% qoq to Rs 963 crore in Q2FY26. The disbursements have increased 8% to Rs 1738 crore in H1FY26.

The company has taken a calibrated conscious decision to increase in the minimum login ticket size to Rs 7 lakhs per proposal causing some impact on disbursements growth along with some temporary weather-related disruptions.

With a vision to reach Rs 25,000 crore AUM in the medium term, the company aims to build on the current momentum and sustain a 25% plus growth driven by expanding footprint and consistent execution.
