Expects EBITDA margin of 15.7% for FY19


'Capacit'e Infra hosted a conference call on Nov 5, 2018. In the conference call the company was represented by Rohit Katiyal, ED & CFO.

Key takeaways of the call

Order backlog as end of Sep 2018 was Rs 6507 crore of private sector orders and Rs 4357 crore of public sector order. The order book is excluding the recent order of Rs 705 crore from Oberoi Realty.

Private sector order Inflow in Q2FY19 and H1FY19 was Rs 675 crore and Rs 1807 crore respectively. Of the H1FY19 order intake about 65% were repeat orders from existing clients.

Current order book of the company does not have any slow moving orders.

Of the order book top 5 orders contribute about 38% and top 10 client groups contribute 76% of the order book. Of the order book 81% is residential and 19% commercial. Of the order book high rise 23%, super high rise 23%, gated community 41% and other building 13%.
