'On standalone basis

Quarter ended September 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of ASK Automotive has declined 6.45% to Rs 826.76 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 9.92% to 9.46%, leading to 10.78% decline in operating profit to Rs 78.24 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 71.35% to 69.73%.   Employee cost increased from 4.86% to 5.38%.   Other expenses rose from 13.89% to 15.49%.   

Other income up 59.97% to Rs 12.27 crore.  PBIDT fell 5.09% to Rs 90.51 crore.  Provision for interest up 16.93% to Rs 3.66 crore.  Loan funds rose to Rs 135.55 crore as of 30 September 2025 from Rs 49.48 crore as of 30 September 2024.  Inventories rose to Rs 240.03 crore as of 30 September 2025 from Rs 203.08 crore as of 30 September 2024.  Sundry...
