Robust performance


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Atul has increased 16.68% to Rs 1392.83 crore.  Sales of Life Science Chemicals segment has gone up 12.64% to Rs 407.75 crore (accounting for 28.12% of total sales).  Sales of Performance & Other Chemicals segment has gone up 17.88% to Rs 1,023.68 crore (accounting for 70.60% of total sales).  Sales of Others segment rose 12.64% to Rs 18.63 crore (accounting for 1.28% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales rose Rs 53.23 crore to Rs 57.23 crore. 

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 56.84% to Rs 185.23 crore.  PBIT of Life Science Chemicals segment rose 100.29% to Rs 83.60 crore (accounting for 45.13% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Performance & Other Chemicals segment rose 37.03% to Rs 98.96 crore (accounting for 53...
