AU Small Finance Bank

Strong loan growth, stable asset quality


'AU Small Finance Bank has reported 2% decline in net profit at Rs 560.87 crore for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2FY2026). The bank has posted 9% growth in net interest income (NII), while the core fee income of the bank also improved 11% in Q2FY2026. The Net Interest Margin (NIM) of the bank declined to 5.50% in Q2FY2026 compared to 6.10% in the corresponding quarter of previous year.

On business front, the bank as has posted 24% growth in business with strong 28% surge in loan book. The asset quality of the bank was stable in Q2FY2026. Bank has substantially raised the credit to deposit ratio to 92.7% at end September 2025 from 87.5% at end September 2024. The CASA ratio of the bank has declined to 29.4% at end September 2025 from 32.4% at end September 2024.

Asset quality stable: The bank has maintained stable asset quality in Q2FY2026.
