'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended December 2025 compared with Quarter ended December 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Bajaj Auto has increased 23.05% to Rs 16204.45 crore.  Sales of Automotive segment has gone up 20.19% to Rs 15,428.81 crore (accounting for 92.72% of total sales).  Sales of Investments segment has gone down 11.76% to Rs 302.42 crore (accounting for 1.82% of total sales).  Sales of Financing segment rose 170.11% to Rs 909.26 crore (accounting for 5.46% of total sales).  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 31.50% to Rs 3,801.11 crore.  PBIT of Automotive segment rose 29.54% to Rs 3,211.84 crore (accounting for 84.50% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Investments segment fell 11.81% to Rs 301.82 crore (accounting for 7.94% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Financing segment rose 316.78% to Rs 287.45 crore (accounting for 7.56%...
