NP down 16%


'Net sales (including other operating income) of BASF India has declined 4.76% to Rs 4045.33 crore.  Sales of Agricultural Solution segment has gone down 11% to Rs 648.52 crore (accounting for 16% of total sales).  Sales of Materials segment has gone down 15% to Rs 1133.31 crore (accounting for 28% of total sales).  Sales of Industrial Solution segment rose 5% to Rs 726.37 crore (accounting for 18% of total sales).  Sales of Surface Technologies segment has gone up 27% to Rs 149.56 crore (accounting for 4% of total sales).  Sales of Nutrition & Care segment has gone up 11% to Rs 873.86 crore (accounting for 22% of total sales).  Sales of Chemical segment has gone down 13% to Rs 494.09 crore (accounting for 12% of total sales).  Sales of Others segment has gone down 27% to Rs 19.62 crore (accounting for 0.5% of total sales).
