Belrise Industries hosted a conference call on Aug 12, 2025. The company was represented by, Mr. Shrikant Badve - Managing Director, Mr. Sumedh Badve - General Manager (Head - Strategy), and Mr. Rahul Ganu - Chief Financial Officer.

Key takeaways of the call

In Q1 FY26, manufacturing revenue increased by 29% YoY to Rs 1,832.3 crore. Manufacturing revenue accounted for 81% of total revenue, with manufacturing EBITDA margins standing at 13.8%.

Powertrain-neutral products contributed 72.7% to the manufacturing revenue.

In Q1 FY26, Exports contributed 5.4% to manufacturing revenue.

In Q1 FY26, revenue from trading of goods grew 21% YoY.

Through the IPO proceeds, the company has repaid debt to the tune of Rs 1,596 crore leading to a reduction in net debt/equity from 0.98x in Q1 FY25 to 0.16 in Q1 FY26.
