quarter ended March 2023, standalone Net sales (including other operating income) of Bharat Seats has increased 12.45% to Rs 293.43 crore compared to quarter ended Mar 2022. Operating profit margin has declined from 5.24% to 5%, leading to 7.24% rise in operating profit to Rs 14.66 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 85.32% to 85.74%. Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 0.02% to 0.12%. Employee cost decreased from 3.71% to 3.40%. Other expenses rose from 5.68% to 5.74%. Other income fell 2.17% to Rs 1.35 crore. PBIDT rose 6.38% to Rs 16.01 crore. Provision for interest up 37.21% to Rs 1.18 crore. Loan funds rose to Rs 65.73 crore as of 31 March 2023 from Rs 38.93 crore as of 31 March 2022.
