Expects to accelerate loan growth to 15% in FY2027


'Can Fin Homes conducted a conference call 19 January 2026 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended December 2025. Suresh Iyer, MD and CEO of the company addressed the call:

Highlights:

The company has recorded highest ever quarter disbursements of Rs 2727 crore in Q3FY2026. Earlier also, the company has recorded highest quarterly disbursements of Rs 2000 crore in Q1FY26 and Rs 2500 crore in Q2FY26.

The low base effect has led to a 45% jump in disbursements for Q3 as there was an impact of e Khata issue in Karnataka impacting the disbursements in Q3FY25.

AUM growth of the company has picked up to 9.5% at end December 2026 from 8.4% a quarter ago. However, the growth has been impacted due to higher pre payments of Rs 1691 crore in Q3 up from Rs 1661 crore in Q2 and Rs 1459 crore in Q1FY26 leading to drag of Rs 400 crore on AUM.
