Maintains FY26 revenue growth guidance of 8–12% YoY

Carraro India hosted a conference call on Aug 6, 2025. In the conference call, the company was represented by: Dr. Balaji Gopalan, MD, and Mr. Davide Grossi, WTD & CFO.

Key takeaways of the call

In Q1 FY26, Agricultural Equipment business de-grew 3% YoY, and Construction Equipment grew 16% YoY.

During the quarter, domestic business grew 3% YoY led by sustained momentum in 4WD axle sales. While exports grew 5% YoY. Export growth was supported by the rollout of new TBH (Tele Boom Handler) axles for a major international OEM and higher HP transmissions despite weak agri demand.

The company witnessed weakness in indirect exports of agricultural drivelines.

During the quarter, the company acquired a project with a domestic customer for TBH (Tele Boom Handler) family of axles. This is on track to be completed in Q3 FY26.
