CIE Automotive India

'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended September 2024 compared with Quarter ended September 2023.

Net sales (including other operating income) of CIE Automotive India has declined 6.35% to Rs 2134.63 crore.  Sales of India segment has gone down 0.49% to Rs 1,529.21 crore (accounting for 71.56% of total sales).  Sales of Europe segment has gone down 18.32% to Rs 607.72 crore (accounting for 28.44% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales rose Rs 1.34 crore to Rs 2.30 crore.  

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 44.01% to Rs 277.65 crore.  PBIT of India segment rose 10.25% to Rs 205.03 crore (accounting for 73.84% of total PBIT).  PBIT of Europe segment fell 76.57% to Rs 72.62 crore (accounting for 26.16% of total PBIT).  

PBIT margin of India segment rose from 12.10% to 13.41%.  PBIT margin of Europe segment fell from 41.66% to 11.95%....
