Coforge

Revenue up 31.7% YoY to Rs 3985.7 cr in Q2FY2026


'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended September 2025 compared with Quarter ended June 2025.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Coforge has increased 8.05% to Rs 3985.7 crore.  

Operating profit margin has jumped from 15.64% to 18.38%, leading to 26.95% rise in operating profit to Rs 732.50 crore.  Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 0.04% to 0.05%.   Employee cost decreased from 60.06% to 57.01%.   Other expenses rose from 24.26% to 24.56%.   

Other income rose 106.99% to Rs 38.5 crore.  PBIDT rose 29.45% to Rs 771 crore.  Provision for interest fell 11.47% to Rs 40.9 crore.  Loan funds remained nil.  

PBDT rose 32.89% to Rs 730.1 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 7.98% to Rs 171.9 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 43.05% to Rs 558.20 crore.  Share...
