'On consolidated basis

Quarter ended September 2025 compared with Quarter ended September 2024.

Net sales (including other operating income) of Emami has declined 10.34% to Rs 798.51 crore.  Sales of Within India segment has gone down 14.86% to Rs 618.32 crore (accounting for 77.43% of total sales).  Sales of Outside India segment has gone up 9.66% to Rs 180.19 crore (accounting for 22.57% of total sales).  Operating profit margin has declined from 28.12% to 22.36%, leading to 28.72% decline in operating profit to Rs 178.53 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 22.15% to 23.14%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 10.61% to 11.42%.   Employee cost increased from 12.05% to 13.99%.   Other expenses rose from 28.43% to 30.86%.   Selling and administration expenses rose from 15.56% to 18.05%.
