Margin improvement


'Net sales (including other operating income) of EPL has increased 7.40% to Rs 1105.4 crore.  Sales of AMESA segment has gone up 0.42% to Rs 355.10 crore (accounting for 30.31% of total sales).  Sales of EAP segment has gone up 8.75% to Rs 242.40 crore (accounting for 20.69% of total sales).  Sales of AMERICAS segment rose 14.26% to Rs 304.40 crore (accounting for 25.98% of total sales).  Sales of EUROPE segment has gone up 5.23% to Rs 269.70 crore (accounting for 23.02% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 70.40 crore to Rs 66.70 crore. 

Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has jumped 29.00% to Rs 132.10 crore.  PBIT of AMESA segment fell 4.59% to Rs 39.50 crore (accounting for 29.90% of total PBIT).  PBIT of EAP segment rose 15.13% to R...
