Net jumps 84% on good operating show and higher EO income


'Standalone net sales (including other operating income) of Esab India for the quarter ended Sep 2025 has increased 12.67% to Rs 381.55 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 18.15% to 18.93%, leading to 17.49% rise in operating profit to Rs 72.22 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 42.81% to 40.51%.   Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 16.79% to 16.49%.   Employee cost increased from 8.81% to 9.04%.   Other expenses rose from 13.48% to 14.22%.   

Other income up 85.71% to Rs 2.34 crore.  PBIDT rose 18.86% to Rs 74.56 crore.  Provision for interest up 263.64% to Rs 0.4 crore.   PBDT rose 18.43% to Rs 74.16 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 6.60% to Rs 4.04 crore.   Profit before tax grew 19.19% to Rs 70.12 crore.
