Federal-Mogul Goetze (India)

PBT up 32% but net stood flat hit by higher EO exp


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) for the quarter ended Dec 2025 has increased 14.45% to Rs 495.65 crore.  Operating profit margin has jumped from 12.73% to 13.80%, leading to 24.13% rise in operating profit to Rs 68.42 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 36.49% to 37.58%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 0.28% to 0.33%.   Employee cost decreased from 22.78% to 20.84%.   Other expenses fell from 27.36% to 26.97%.   

Other income rose 10.56% to Rs 11.41 crore.  PBIDT rose 21.99% to Rs 79.83 crore.  Provision for interest rose 71.94% to Rs 2.39 crore.  

PBDT rose 20.91% to Rs 77.44 crore.  Provision for depreciation fell 1.04% to Rs 21.89 crore.  

Profit before tax grew 32.48% to Rs 55.55 crore.  EO expense was Rs 15.06 crore due to impact o...
