Foseco India

NP fell due to EO expense


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Foseco India has increased 7.08% to Rs 150.72 crore. 

Operating profit margin has jumped from 17.02% to 18.28%, leading to 15.03% rise in operating profit to Rs 27.55 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 52.85% to 49.00%.   Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 3.75% to 3.93%.   Employee cost increased from 8.65% to 9.63%.   Other expenses rose from 17.54% to 19.01%.  

Other income fell 15.96% to Rs 3.58 crore.  PBIDT rose 10.35% to Rs 31.13 crore.  Provision for interest fell 25% to Rs 0.03 crore.
