Gabriel India hosted a conference call on Nov 13, 2025. In the conference call, the company was represented- by Atul Jaggi, Managing Director and by Mr. Mohit Srivastava, Chief Financial Officer.

Key takeaways of the call

On May 9, 2023, the company approved a draft Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) for Inalfa Gabriel Sunroof Systems (IGSSPL) with a proposed shareholding of 51% by Inalfa and 49% by Gabriel India. However, the application was rejected by the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India on August 14, 2024.

Following this, both parties agreed to amend and restate Technical Collaboration and Alliance Agreement with the proposed shareholding to 35% by Inalfa and 65% by Gabriel India.

2 in every 5 utility vehicles now have a sunroof with penetration as high as 70% in some models. Given the trend, the company expects Inalfa Gabriel Sunroof Systems to hit Rs 10 Bn...
