Gateway Distriparks

Net in red hit by higher EO exp


'Net sales (including other operating income) of Gateway Distriparks for the quarter ended Mar 2025 has increased 43% to Rs 534.94 crore.  Operating profit margin has declined from 22.2% to 22.5% , leading to 45% rise in operating profit to Rs 120.53 crore.    Other income rose 147.81% to Rs 17.52 crore.     Provision for interest rose 31.09% to Rs 15.18 crore.     Provision for depreciation rose 60.04% to Rs 37.21 crore.   Profit before tax grew 54% to Rs 85.67 crore.   EO for the period was Rs 271.63 crore against nil.  The PBT after EO was a loss of RS 185.96 crore against a profit of   Rs 55.47 crore. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 5.01 crore, compared to Rs 0.06 crore.  Thus PAT Was a loss of RS 190.97 crore against a profit of Rs 55.41 crore.  Share of profit/loss from associates were nil for the  periods compared to Rs 1.09 crore in corresponding previo...
