Net turns red on higher EO exp


'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of GMM Pfaudler for the quarter ended Dec 2025 has increased 10.23% to Rs 883.5 crore.  


Operating profit margin has declined from 11.96% to 11.88%, leading to 9.48% rise in operating profit to Rs 104.96 crore.  Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 34.61% to 38.59%.   Employee cost decreased from 30.50% to 29.89%.   Other expenses fell from 22.01% to 19.37%.   Contract job process charges rose from 3.27% to 3.87%.   

Other income fell 66.36% to Rs 8.69 crore.  PBIDT fell 6.61% to Rs 113.65 crore.  Provision for interest rose 34.41% to Rs 33.79 crore.  PBDT fell 17.29% to Rs 79.86 crore.  Provision for depreciation rose 6.16% to Rs 37.04 crore.  Profit before tax down 30.57% to Rs 42.82 crore.   EO Expense was Rs 56.32 crore against nil.
