Hindustan Petroleum Corporation

Higher GRMs


'Hindustan petroleum net sales (including other operating income) of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation has increased 0.90% to Rs 100855.6 crore.  Sales of Downstream Petroleum segment has gone up 1.94% to Rs 110,307.90 crore (accounting for 99.91% of total sales).  Sales of Others segment rose 36.31% to Rs 98.88 crore (accounting for 0.09% of total sales).  Inter-segment sales came down from Rs 11.83 crore to Rs 9.80 crore. 

In Q2 FY26, total refinery throughput stood at 6.57 MMT, reflecting a 4.3% year-on-year increase. The Visakh and Mumbai Refineries processed 3.98 MMT and 2.59 MMT, respectively, during the quarter, both operating above 100% capacity. HPCL also continued to diversify its crude basket, processing one new grade of crude oil in Q2, bringing the total to five new grades during H1 FY26.
