Operating profit margin has jumped from 14.50% to 18.02%, leading to 26.77% rise in operating profit to Rs 45.75 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 61.98% to 60.73%. Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 1.63% to 1.87%. Employee cost decreased from 12.71% to 10.29%. Other expenses rose from 9.23% to 9.67%. Other income up 114.24% to Rs 6.62 crore. PBIDT rose 33.67% to Rs 52.37 crore. Provision for interest up 40.54% to Rs 0.52 crore. PBDT rose 33.60% to Rs 51.85 crore. Provision for depreciation rose 16.37% to Rs 3.98 crore. Profit before tax grew 35.26% to Rs 47.87 crore.
